We ship once payment is received and confirmed. Shipping is done on business days via DHL, PostNL, and DPD. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped, and the order status will be marked as completed on our website.
Shipping Policies and Restrictions
We ship seeds and other products to various regions with specific restrictions. For EU and EEA countries, please check the list of prohibited countries to ensure compliance. Shipping is handled by DHL, PostNL, and DPD, and orders are dispatched upon payment confirmation. A tracking code will be provided automatically once your order is shipped.

You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products in the shopping basket, deleting the selection by clicking on the “Remove” box or cancelling the order process. Clicking on the button “Proceed to checkout” will take you to the next step of the ordering process. Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account. If not, you can create a customer account (“Create account”) or order as a guest. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can enter your billing and shipping address. Please enter your voucher or discount code in the corresponding field and confirm with “Add voucher”. The discount amount will then be deducted from your total amount. You can also enter and add a second voucher. Discount codes cannot be combined and there may be items that are excluded. Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be reissued. Cashback is not possible. Vouchers will be reissued and emailed to you upon return. Finally, please click on “Buy now”. You will receive an overview of your order and the associated costs. Check that all the details are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can complete the order if you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (tick the box). By clicking the button “Buy now” you send your order to us. This is a legally binding offer. If your order was successful, your order number will be displayed and an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Within the EU, there are no customs or import fees for shipping. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs charges, taxes and fees may apply. Please check the individual regulations of your shipping country before placing your order. All additional costs are your responsibility. Please note: All orders to the UK are subject to customs duty. Orders to the UK are taxed since Brexit. This amount is levied and determined by UK customs.
The shipping option “Pick up in store IJmuiden” is available. If you would like to pick up items in the store, please do not place an order in the online store, but contact our customer service at +31629216020. The desired items will be ready for you to try on and pick up in the store from the following business day at 1pm (the articles are reserved for 3 three business days). Ensure you get a shipping receipt when dropping off your return. Returns may take several business days from the Netherlands and up to 14 business days from abroad to arrive. We will send a confirmation email once your return is processed, typically within 2-10 business days. Contact our customer service at support@somaseeds.eu if you don’t receive confirmation after the respective period, providing your order number.
Refunds are processed the same way the original payment was made. Depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reach you. Klarna payments will have their invoices canceled or adjusted.
